Process Description
Starting Enrollment:
Enrollment on the first date of the selected Date Range
Minus Left District:
Subract the number of students who left the district during the selected Date Range
Add Entered District:
Add the number of students joining the district during the selected Date Range
Subtract xFer Out:
Subtract the number of students who left a WLS building to transfer to another WLS building during the selected Date Range
Add xFer In:
Add the number of students who tranfered into a WLS building from another WLS building during the selected Date Range
Final Enrollment:
Enrolment on the last date of the selected Date Range
